Poster contest decision is due
PUPILS from five Derby schools were finding out today which of them won top prize in a poster competition.
Engineering design consultancy firm Atkins, in London Road, set the schools a challenge to create an environmental poster.
They wanted children to express their thoughts on climate change.
The schools which entered were Cavendish Close Junior, Hardwick Primary, Asterdale Primary, Breadsall Hilltop Infant and Holmefields Primary.
Prizes will be presented by Richard Hulland, Atkins' director of quality, safety and environment, who will also give a talk on climate change.
All the winning posters have been printed on to large boards and will be displayed around the offices of the company.
