Rams to check on striker Hulse for Royals clash
DERBY County will check on the fitness of leading scorer Rob Hulse ahead of Wednesday's Championship clash at Reading.
Hulse (pictured) felt his hamstring in the 2-0 home victory over Watford on Saturday and was replaced by Steve Davies 15 minutes from the end.
The striker missed the defeat away to West Bromwich Albion a week earlier with a back problem.
"Rob has a slight hamstring problem. I think it is related to the back problem that saw him miss the West Brom game," said coach Gary Crosby.
"He just felt it very slightly, so we will see how it settles in the next few days ahead of Reading.
"He did a fantastic job and got through against Watford for as long as he could."
Hulse tops Derby's goal chart with 10.
