Rams midfielder added to Republic of Ireland squad
DERBY County midfielder Paul Green has been added to the Republic of Ireland squad for the upcoming friendly international against the Czech Republic.
Green did not feature in manager Giovanni Trapattoni's initial squad but has now been called up for the match at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin next Wednesday (February 29), along with Sunderland's James McClean.

“Its about time. This is the player that the club want to offload. If he is good enough to play for the Republic of Ireland, why not the rams??”
