A FORMER estate agent building could be turned into a restaurant.

Ian Elder has asked for planning permission to convert the old Burchell Edwards premises, in Market Street, Heanor. Amber Valley Borough Council is expected to make a decision by mid-August.

Burchell Edwards went into administration last year and some branches closed, but it was bought out immediately by a management team.
