A landslip has closed the B5056 at Fenny Bentley.

A spokesman for Derbyshire County Council said the road had been closed for safety after the landslip but that diversions were in place.

Those diversions are in place at the A5012 via Grange Mill to Newhaven and the A515 from Newhaven to Fenny Bentley and vice versa.

The road closure is likely to be long term.
