Roof fire in Chaddesden causes three pump call out
A ROOF fire at a Chaddesden house took firefighters two-and-a-half hours to put out.
Crews from Nottingham Road, Ascot Drive and Ilkeston were called to the house on Chaddesden Park Road at 7.30pm yesterday.

Burning material was cut away and the high rise ladder platform was requested from Kingsway.
The fire was extinguished and crews left the scene at 10pm.
