The first is Essential First Aid – a two-hour course with hands-on demonstrations of how to deal with a range of emergency situations, such as choking, severe bleeding, chest pains and resuscitation.
The second course is Essential First Aid, All Ages – a three-hour course looking at emergency situations involving babies and older children, as well as adults.
