Sara gets call for GB vaulters team
CRICH'S Sara Shortland has been chosen to represent Team GB vaulters at the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Kentucky, USA.
The 16-year-old is one of 11 vaulters chosen to compete in the event, which will be staged between September 25 and October 10 next year.

"We have been working towards this selection for the past two years and I'm very excited," said Shortland, a pupil at Anthony Gell School, Wirksworth.
"It will certainly be a fantastic experience and a great opportunity to compete against the best vaulting teams in the world.
"We have some hard work ahead of us."
Shortland is the current 14-18 years English individual champion and recently represented Britain at the European Championships in Malmo, Sweden.
Vaulting is a form of gymnastics on the back of a moving horse, which is worked on a circle under the control of a lunger.
