Sex assault in Derby car park

A 27-YEAR-OLD woman has been sexually assaulted in Derby city centre.

The incident happened between 4am and 4.30am yesterday.

The victim was walking along Ashbourne Road and turned into Uttoxeter Old Road.

As she did so she was approached by a man and was then assaulted in a car park just off of Uttoxeter Old Road.

She told officers the man was approximately 30-years-old, 5ft 10ins tall, of a stocky build with short black hair which was shaved at the back and around the sides.

He spoke with a foreign accent and was wearing a black jacket, baggy light blue jeans and flat black shoes.
