CRICKET: Shipley Hall reached the last 16 in the Npower Village Cup when they edged to a one-wicket win against Colwall in Worcestershire yesterday.

The Derbyshire County League side bowled out their hosts for 124 but slipped to 97-9 in reply.

Last pair Graham Farnsworth (19 not out) and Josh Buckley (18 not out) guided them home with four overs to spare.
