Slimmers raise cash for family day out
SLIMMERS used to losing pounds have raised hundreds for a family support group.
Somercotes-based Slimming World, raised £862 through a staff raffle.
The money will be given to Redhouse Family Support Centre, in Alfreton, which will use it to fund a day out for some of the families and children it works with.
Slimming World has previously held Christmas parties for the support centre and raised funds and donated toys and clothes.
