Spring into action and tackle your 'to do' list
SPRING is in the air – even if the weather is still a bit unpredictable – and soon the nights will be much lighter.
So it's definitely time to think about that annual house spring clean and sprucing up the garden before the temperatures really start to climb.
No doubt there's a few areas of your castle that needs a bit of attention. Get it sorted now and you can look forward to spending the summer on the decking, a cool drink in hand, rather than fretting about wonky doors or grubby paint work.
While you are at it, why not tackle the loft, garage and shed? It's also time throw open the patio doors to see what state the gardens in.

The lawn is probably covered in moss, dead leaves that were never swept away have been blown into awkward corners, and weeds and moss are spoiling the look of the block paving and driveway. Also check the decking, shed and fences are in good order.
Tackle these jobs in the coming weeks otherwise those late-April, early-May barbecues will not be quite as relaxed and enjoyable as you would wish.
With the to-do list ticked off, pour yourself a coffee, put your feet up and get out the holiday brochures. You deserve a break.
