Stop council house skaters
THIS newspaper has regularly praised the excellent skatepark on Bass's Rec.
Building it was an inspired move because it gave youngsters a place to practice their sport and took them away from the city's shopping areas.
Thus, we cannot understand why they would feel the need to skate across the steps of the newly refurbished council house.
As much as we have had sympathy with them in the past, our message if they continue to cause damage is simple: arrest them.
