TELEVISION dancing stars will appear at a summer ball to raise money for Derbyshire's air ambulance.

James and Ola Jordan, of Strictly Come Dancing, will entertain guests at the event, being held in aid of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance.

Guests will also have the opportunity to put their questions to the dancing couple.

Tickets are now on sale for the ball at Athena, Leicester, on Friday, July 31. They cost £40, including a Champagne reception, performance from The Ann Oliver Cabaret Dancers, of the Leicester College of Performing Arts, a three-course meal and a charity auction.

The air ambulance receives no Government funding and relies on donations.
