PLANS have been submitted to build a doctors' surgery and pharmacy on land in Cotmanhay.

Councillors in Erewash had previously agreed to look at selling the disused land, in Skeavington's Lane. Dr Hamilton and Partners, of Ilkeston, has now formally applied to build on the site.
