A DERBY family is celebrating a black belt quadruple in tae kwon do.

Satpal Singh Bahra (11) followed in the footsteps of father Sukhdev Singh Bahra and his sisters Parveen (20) and Kiran (19) by achieving the grading.

The family, from Stenson Fields, are all members of Tony Sewell's Tae Kwon Do club in Normanton.

Sukhdev said: "With Tony Sewell being a three time world champion, I thought it was the ideal club to teach myself and my family."

The family have also won tae kwon do medals and trophies at the British Championship, English Championship and Midland Open.
