Talk of foreign aid should not be a taboo subject
WATCHING This Morning on January 10, Phillip Schofield was interviewing a journalist who said something which is a taboo even in Parliament. He said with cutbacks in this country, how can the Government justify giving £12 billion in foreign aid?
Why can't this be discussed openly?

“Another good reason for voting for UKIP, to stop our money going to despots like India and Pakistan.”

“Why can't this be discussed openly, asks MG Pickstock.
The answer is very simple. If the British, especially the English, say or do anything that can be construed as against any other race, religion or nation, they are immediately branded as being either colonialist or racist.
Let us get our own house in order and then, and only then, should we even consider handing such sums of money.”
