STRIKE duo Steve Davies and Theo Robinson have both been named on the bench for Derby County's Championship clash with Reading at Pride Park Stadium tonight (7.45pm).

Davies has not featured for the first team since he fractured his skull four months ago, while top scorer Robinson has missed the last three matches with a calf problem.

Rams boss Nigel Clough has stuck with the same starting XI that drew 0-0 at Millwall on Saturday, with Paul Green continuing at right-back in place of the injured John Brayford (thigh).

Striker Ryan Noble does not feature in the 16 and will return to Sunderland when his loan expires tomorrow.

Former Derby forward Tomasz Cywka does not play against his old club due to an agreement between the clubs when he made his move to Reading last month.

DERBY COUNTY: Fielding, Green, Barker, Shackell, Roberts, Carroll, Bryson, Hendrick, Ward, Ball, Tyson. Subs: Legzdins (gk), Buxton, Bailey, S Davies, Robinson.

READING: Federici, Connolly, Pearce, Gorkss, Harte, Kebe, Karacan, Leigertwood, Robson-Kanu, Hunt, Roberts. Subs: Andersen (gk), Mills, Tabb, Le Fondre, Church.

REFEREE: G Eltringham (Sunderland).
