Team news: Kieron Freeman starts for Derby County at Hull City

KIERON Freeman has been handed his third start of the season in a reshuffled Derby County defence for tonight's Championship clash with Hull City (7.45pm).

Freeman will line up at right-back for the Rams at the KC Stadium, with John Brayford moving across to centre-half in place of Jake Buxton.

Buxton made an unexpected return to action after two months out with a knee injury in Saturday's 2-2 draw against Sheffield Wednesday but is not yet deemed fit enough to start two games in the space of four days, so he takes Freeman's spot on the bench.

Derby are otherwise unchanged from the draw at Hillsborough, with defenders Mark O'Brien and James O'Connor still sidelined with knee problems.

There is one change to the Hull side too, with Corry Evans replacing injured central defender Alex Bruce (dead leg).
