Thanks to city council for shifting bags from street
I HAVE to take my hat off to Derby City Council.
I reported a load of bags that had been dumped on Harvey Road and, within half an hour, they had been collected.
Well done to the council – but not to the mindless idiots who dumped the bags.

“The StreetPride folks who deal with flytipped rubbish are a good bunch - I've had to call them out a few times (why do people think it's OK to dump old sofas on a street corner?) and they're usually pretty quick to come and deal with it.”
