Time for Saros Kavina to get a bit of perspective
SAROS Kavina is at it again. He enjoys the privileges of living in this country which he has been allowed to adopt as his own and claim citizenship but he never has anything good to say about Britain or the British.
He is always carping, complaining and running our country down. One wonders why, if this country is so bad, he continues to stay here.
Why doesn't he return to the country of his birth, use his talents and work to help his fellow countrymen prosper?
I guess he prefers the easy option of a better life in our country where he has freedom to criticise with no fear of retribution.
Fine, I don't have a problem with that, I just wish he would get some sort of perspective into his comments, exhibit a little bit of fairness and recognise the good that England has done and is doing for him, his countrymen and underprivileged people the world over.
No country is perfect but England is more so than most. People from all over the world are swarming to get here and Saros needs to understand that there are limits to what we can afford to do.
Furthermore, he is against the wealth-creators and the wealth-creating sector but is more than happy to enjoy fruits of their enterprising talents.
I would also like to remind him that, proportionally, more immigrants are against further unlimited immigration than the endemic population who are far more tolerant.
And he is out of order to drag Nazism into UK politics. Members of my family died fighting Nazism. So, too, did some of my school friends during the blitz and Saros has been here long enough to realise that the British do not like extremists of the right or the left.
He quotes Martin Luther King: "What truly matters is not the colour of a person's skin but the content of their character." Very wise, true, honest and sincere. Saros, have a good look at the content of your character.
