A BROKEN down lorry on the A38 is causing problems as the evening commute begins.
The lorry is partially blocking the northbound carriageway on the roundabout at junction 28 of the M1.
Traffic is also slow on St Alkmund's Way due to the ongoing bridge works.
There also delays on the A38 between Palm Court island to the Little Eaton island. Queues are taking five minutes.
