Traffic update: M1 slow between junction 24 and 25

6pm - Traffic is down to around 30mph between junction 24 and 25 northbound but the southbound carriageway is unaffected.

The A52 through Ashbourne is currently suffering due to the Shrovetide football match which currently ongoing.

5pm - There is slow traffic along the A38 between Palm Court Island and the Little Eaton Island.

There are also slow traffic on the Osmaston Road at the Spider Island due to roadworks in the area.

4.30pm - THERE is slow traffic on St Alkmund's Way in the centre of the city at the A6 King Street Junction.

There is also serious traffic between Mackworth and Markeaton Island where works are currently taking place.

London Road is also slow heading out of the city and there is also work taking place on the Chellaston Road which is causing delays.
