Travel and tourism students at college invited to apply for check-in jobs at East Midlands Airport
A REPRESENTATIVE from one of the leading operators of aviation ground services visited travel and tourism students at a further education college to give them an insight into the airport industry.
Jeremy Cheshire, a trainer for Servisair, based at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington, visited Burton and South Derbyshire College.

He spoke to learners about working as a check-in agent at the airport and outlined various career opportunities available to them with Servisair as part of the ground handling crew.
Recruitment for next summer was high on the agenda for Mr Cheshire during his visit and he invited students to apply for vacancies in the role of passenger service agents.

The roles will involve checking in passengers and handling passports and tickets.
