A VIP delegation from Derby's twin city of Osnabrück, Germany, took time out from their trip to the city to visit the Genting Casino at the Riverlights complex. The delegation from the city, in north-east Germany, was invited to see how much Derby had changed since the last visit in 2007. The group, whose current representative in Derby is Sara Mueller, stayed for three days and was met by the Mayor of Derby, Councillor Les Allen.
