LATEST: One lane of A38 northbound still closed
One lane of the A38 northbound between the Branston Lane junction and Barton-under-Needwood is still closed, the Highways Agency has said.
Both carriageways were initially closed on Tuesday after the River Dove broke its banks near Burton.
Yesterday the southbound carriageway was reopened and this morning only the inside lane of the northbound carriageway remains closed on a short stretch between Burton and Barton.
