THREE men from London appeared in court yesterday accused of the murder of Burton student Luke Campbell.

Larbi Mohamed, 21, of Westmoreland Road, Southwark; 22-year-old Saeed Alkadir, of Kellett Road, Lambeth; and Delaine Gordon Brown, 21, of Wyndham, all appeared at Winchester Crown Court and entered not guilty pleas to murdering the 20-year-old Bournemouth University student on November 7 last year.

Luke, 20, who lived in Belper before moving to Burton, died from a stab wound to the chest and was discovered about half a mile from his home in Boscombe, Bournemouth.

The trio were remanded in custody for a trial on October 12.
