“I remember this advert, it is just as funny now as then.
Here is a funny video all about complaining about Council services, unwanted developments and lack of value for our money, judging by the majority of comments covering stories on this site, there is probably a good reason to have our own Complaints Choir, like Birmingham (and so many others around the world)
