A LONG Eaton videoconferencing business has offered its services free of charge to businesses in Derby affected by the snow.

Questmark, based in Derby Road, said it would make any spare capacity available to businesses struggling to get to meetings because of the snow.

Managing director Sam McMaster said: "This is a genuine offer. Any business in the Derby or Nottingham area that is impacted by the weather can use our rooms and services for free from until the thaw arrives.

"We have six usable meeting rooms but capacity is limited so this offer is on a first-come first-served basis.

"Disruption to travel like this is an opportunity for us to raise the awareness of the benefits of travel-free meetings and to go the extra mile for our customers," said Mr McMaster.
