Wildlife Trust Land Rover stolen
A LAND Rover belonging to Derbyshire Wildlife Trust has been stolen from a car park in Belper.
The vehicle, containing a number of tools including fencing equipment and rakes, was taken some time between Tuesday night and yesterday morning, from the car park at East Mill.
Richard Spowage, from the trust, said: "The Land Rover is used by our midweek volunteer team to work on our nature reserves all over the county.
"Without the vehicle we will be struggling to get them around.
"This means we are having to make changes to the work we have planned for the next few weeks and some tasks won't now get done."
Witnesses, or anyone with information, should contact police on 0345 123 3333 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
