Youngsters at a Duffield nursery have used their imaginations to create their own dinosaur land.

The children at Treetops Castle Garden Nursery have made paper mache dinosaur eggs, bones and a yellow jeep after developing an interest in dinosaurs.

Eimear, Noah and Oliver, all aged two, enjoy the new dinosaur area.

And they have been exploring through the deep sand with magnifying glasses and sieves, and painting pictures of their favourite dinosaurs.

Nursery nurse Jordan Bradley, who helped the youngsters create it, said, “The children absolutely love this new area - they have been so interested in the learning experiences it has brought. It is fantastic to listen to them playing. Their little imaginations are amazing and they really make me smile.”
