“ The National Tramway Village in Crich is a great place for a day out. If you're interested in trams and transport then a visit is fascinating with the various exhibitions and open workshops as well as riding the working trams and looking around the period buildings. There are also all sorts of special event days such as the historical reenactment days and vintage car rallies. These are on throughout the year and the museum comes alive at these events and often extra entertainments are part of the admission. You can gift aid your initial ticket it and it lasts for a year, except for premier events, and so it's excellent value for money as well. ”
