“I do agree with Joe but perhaps he could have phrased the letter a little better. The Dangerous Dogs Act was a knee-jerk reaction by the morons in Westminster, pressured by a tabloid campaign. It doesn't work and has simply resulted in a load of dogs being destroyed for no other reason than their perceived breed.

What they should have done was bring back the dog license and that dogs had to be registered and chipped before changing hands. Any dog causing trouble would get points on the license (number depend on seriousness) and just like a driving license the owner would face higher penalties the more the points. The license would pay for the system.

When are people going to descend to "your momma is so ugly.." insults to show how mature they really are BTW? If all someone can do is insult someone else without making a valued contribution then don't bother. Most people would not talk to someone else in the street like this, so why do it when hiding behind a computer screen?”
