Six of the best for Derby’s Innes England
THE Derby office of a commercial property agent has been named the busiest in the country for the sixth year in a row.
Innes England, in Friar Gate, was awarded the title of Most Active Agent in the Estates Gazette Interactive 2012 deals competition.

The awards were based on an independent survey covering commercial property transactions last year, identifying the agents completing the largest number of deals.
The Innes England team worked on a number of high profile transactions in 2012, including the city’s largest private sector office deal of the year when Balfour Beatty Rail took 20,000sq ft of office space at Pentagon Island.

It also negotiated the largest industrial deal in Derby to Crown Crest, which took 100,000sq ft at Derby Distribution Centre. It also let 80,000sq ft to Morrisons on the same site.
