Former chairman of Derbyshire County Council, Robin Baldry, in court
THE former chairman of Derbyshire County Council, Robin Baldry, appeared in court yesterday over three charges of theft from the authority.
He appeared for a plea and case management hearing at Derby Crown Court where the case was adjourned for a third time since he was charged in February.
Baldry, of Terrace Road, Buxton, has yet to plead to the theft charges – totalling £5,056.71.
The case has now been adjourned until October.
