DERBY College has launched a range of courses for beauty and holistic therapists who want to update their skills.

The programme at its Sensi commercial salon at The Roundhouse has been designed following consultation with therapists and salon owners.

Courses include Indian head massage, hot stone and crystal therapies, skin tag and thread vein removal and infant massage.

The launch has been welcomed by Natalie Pearson, who owns Beauty Matters in Mickleover and Archers beauty and tanning centre in Littleover.

She said: "Updating skills makes professional and business sense."
