Four in court over dad-of-six's death
FOUR people charged in connection with the death of a father-of-six have appeared in court.
Jamie Elliott, 26, of North Street, Alfreton, and Nathan Hall, 23, of Birchwood Lane, Somercotes, who are both charged with the murder of Mick Moss, appeared at Nottingham Crown Court yesterday.

Also in the dock were Alan Chapman, 26, of Bass Street, Derby, and his mother, Colette Booth, 46, of Mill Street, Ilkeston, who have been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm. Mr Moss, 48, of Ilkeston, was found injured at his house in Canal Street at 9pm on Wednesday, January 30. He died shortly after.
The defendants appeared for a preliminary hearing and the date of May 10 was set for a plea and case management hearing.
