Fire crews called to tackle blaze in loft
FIREFIGHTERS tackled a house fire in Chaddesden last night.
The blaze, which started at 7.30pm, was in the loft of a semi-detached home in Chaddesden Park Road, Chaddesden.
One fire engine was still at the scene at 9.30pm.
A fire service spokeswoman said everyone was out of the home when crews from three fire stations arrived and nobody was injured.
