A DERELICT hospital has caught fire.

Firefighters were called out to Aston Hall Hospital at about 6.20am this morning.

The fire is burning through the building in Maple Drive, Aston-on-Trent.

Three fire crews from Ascot Drive and Beeston fire stations are still at the scene, trying to extinguish the flames.
