“Standing areas will only increase hooliganism, and the likelihood of Hillsborough type tragedies.
Are we going to have an away standing area as well as a home standing area.
As we are seeing an escalation in racism, objects thrown and general misbehaviour, this is not a good idea.
For those of us who actually prefer to sit, at least it will remove the most boorish people who usually stand up in the seats anyway into a sepaarte section.”

“I'm in favour of it. I understand they are considering a similar system to that used in Germany and to the bet of my knowledge that hasn't led to any of the problems that concerns outlined
I think it would help improve the atmosphere - but so would moving the Away fans to a corner and having home sections behind both goals - and a bit more investment in the first team.”
