“Maybe we should, then maybe the anti-monarchists will shut up once and for all when they are shown to be in the minority.

Maybe we should have a referendum to see if we want referenda on everything...”

“British Queen's popularity at its highest.

    London, Jan. 1:
The public support for British Queen — who celebrates 60 years on the throne this year — is at a record high, a survey has revealed. http://tinyurl.com/7lqnknk

"The poll for the 'Sunday Express' has found a groundswell of affection for the Royal Family after the weddings of two of the 85-year-old Monarch's grandchildren, her historic visit to Ireland and 90-year-old Prince Philip's hospital admission.
Eighty per cent of the people polled felt the Queen was good for Britain's image overseas, while only seven per cent disagreed with this. And, 87 per cent of the over-55s said the Queen was good for Britain's image, compared with 71 per cent of 18 to 34-year-olds, according to the survey.

An overwhelming 83 per cent of the thousands of respondents said Kate's marriage to Prince William had been good for the Royal Family while only three per cent felt it was not".”

“Sometimes I think we should go the other way and return to an absolute monarchy. They couldn't do a worse job that the politicians have done with the economy!”

“Absolutely not. While monarchies are archaic, it is an important and indispensable part of British tradition. I think the present queen will be the last of the great monarchs. Eventually the royal family will lose its fascination and will slowly succumb through a diminishing lack of support by the populace. Best to let it die a natural death than destabilize the country by forcing its decline.”

    “Daz 71-
The reason we got rid of them was because they spent all their time fighting against other royal barons and robber b******s, for the purpose of stealing the land they still claim as their own today. Make them give it back and build houses on it for people who cant afford a home.”

“I think we should have a referendum... Imagine the build up... Davina McCall and Dermot O'Leary whipping the studio audience into a frenzy... "But don't worry folks, this is just the audience here in London.... Your vote counts... dial 0898 cashforgimmicksdotcom .....”
