“I'm all for kerbing speed - but it seems that the average car driver is persecuted.
Having looked at the webpage for Derbyshire road safety partnership, it seems the majority of the resources are spent on catching speeding car drivers, not bikers.
There are other issues to with road safety, such as dangerous parking , IE - double yellows, taking up the majority of the pavement at a "T" junction - what about pedestrians, people in wheelchairs, mothers pushing prams???? - when have you ever seen a copper write a ticket out on car for bad parking? NEVER!
The local authorities are only interested in issuing tickets in town centre's where the pickings are easy!
Also may i add, the amount of front tinted windows i see driving about , it proves a point how useless our police service is by the numbers of non compliant cars on the road?
Of course there'll be a purge on this when a friend or relative of an MP, Chief Constable, or other high up member of public office gets scrapped off the road simpley because the person they ran into did'nt see them all owing to the tints they have on thier front windows....”
