TWILIGHT fanatics can sink their teeth into back-to-back screenings of the first three films at a "Twiathlon".

The staggeringly popular series, based on the Stephanie Meyer books, stars Robert Pattinson as moody vampire Edward Cullen, who falls for human teen Bella, played by Kristen Stewart.

The fourth film – Breaking Dawn: Part One – opens in cinemas on Friday but fans of the series can catch up on all the action at the Twiathlons, which start on Thursday and end with a midnight screening of the new film.

Twiathlons are being held at Cinema de Lux, Showcase and Odeon in Derby and Cineworld in Burton.
