Busy Cat's got no time to pause

CAT Deeley says she's struggling to get to grips with extreme jetlag as she flies between the US and the UK to record different versions of So You Think You Can Dance?

Speaking in Hollywood, the presenter admitted that filming the new BBC show alongside the old American version was taking its toll.

"Just don't ask me what time it is or day or when I should eat," she laughed. "I'm just trying to listen to my body a bit, moisturising like a lunatic and drinking water!"

But she added: "It's really exciting to be back on the BBC on a Saturday night."
