It's about time the law for animal cruelty was toughened up and people responsible are shamed with photographs in the media, given a custodial sentence and banned from keeping animals for life.
It may be an in idea for every one in the vicinity of Haslams Lane to make it their business to help and keep him safe and report immediately anyone suspicious in the area.
