Notes: Pride Park is a business park on the outskirts of Derby city centre, covering 80 hectares of land. The home of Derby County Football Club, Pride Park Stadium, is the site’s most noticeable and recognised landmark. The land which is a now built on, used to be part of the railway yards, and was derelict for many years. A Park & Ride car park for access to Derby city centre is located next to Pride Park Stadium and Internet bank Egg plc has its headquarters in the business park. The business park also houses a Holiday Inn Express hotel and several car dealerships. The sports goods retailer JJB Sports has offices on the Park, along with a large indoor and outdoor soccerdome. Many other businesses use the offices around Pride Park, and it is also the home to the gym, David Lloyd, of Derby.
