“The girls stuck in the lift had been messing around in there and broke it, that meant the Fire Brigade had to be called at great expense. The people in question aren't working therefore the tax payers and residents of the appartments will have to pay for the damage through their service charges. Yet another scenario of "just let everyone else pay", It's about time we had a National society as this will happen again and again and does as we always read in the papers. Why can you class these as "Vulnerable" people when they're running around and out until that time in the morning, presumably been out for the night on no money ?????”
