Badminton: Good draw for Kellogg and Clark

BADMINTON: Donna Kellogg and Anthony Clark have been handed a favourable draw for the World Championships in Hyderabad, India, which starts on August 10.

Kellogg, from Spondon, and Derby-born Clark, seeded 11th, will meet Misha Zilberman and Svetlana Zilberman, of Israel, in the first round of the mixed doubles.

And they should not be tested before the third round, when they are likely to face Chinese fifth seeds Xie Zhongbo and Zhang Yawen.

Clark and Nathan Robertson will take on German pair Kristof Hopp and Johannes Schoettler in the first round of the men's doubles.
