THE Alumni Relations team at the University of Derby is keen to connect with all its graduates to develop lifelong, mutually beneficial relationships.

We encourage all of our graduates to keep in touch so we can find out how their degree has helped their careers – and showcase their success to others thinking of studying at Derby.

In return, we offer our graduates a range of benefits and services, and encourage them to inspire current students by sharing top tips for success in their industry, attending reunions and getting involved with networking events. Graduates from the BA (Hons) Theatre Arts courses were recently invited back to deliver a "masterclass" to current students about their off-stage careers in the theatre.

Theatre graduate Janthi Mills left Derby in 2002 and is now the general manager at Coventry's Belgrade Theatre.
