Terrible company
“ Avoid at all costs, this company is terrible, the staff may seem friendly and approachable and may even take an interest in you or your house, but once you have handed over the cash, they no longer care, they utilize the most dirty sales techniques in order to pull you in, the designer will feign interest in your belongings or pets, this is a typical tactic employed when attempting to gain trust usually from those who are vulnerable. Typical two faced sales people, only interested in the money. The workmanship is disgraceful, they will leave your house in a mess. I was in total shock at the level of quality they provided, I was lead to believe everything was included then on the fit day realised I had to organise things myself, and ultimately costing me more money outside of the agreement. ”

Avoid
“It is a shame the company, do not look after there customers or organize jobs for people, 3 weeks to fit a normal bathroom and still not finished!! with huge amounts of stress being told different stories all the time by Sam and Liz + Matt-- avoid at all costs!!!”

Bad news
“10/4/2013 Had problems from start to finish was told it was going to be done in a week still waiting after 2 weeks , cost a lot of money payed for everythink & they still tried to get more having lied to us VERY disappointed will not recommend this was a scam ! Please be aware you will get conned !”
